Step 1: Contact: Reach out to me and tell me about the project.

Step 2: Pricing Agreement: I give you an estimate for the project and you agree to the pricing structure in a service agreement.

Step 3: Discovery Call: We schedule a phone call (or in person meeting) to get clear on your needs, what the deliverables are and timeline.

Step 4: Design Phase: I will send you a presentation of the work after a few days or weeks (depending on the scope of the project), keeping you updated on my progress along the way. Iterations and revisions may follow until you are in love with the results!

Step 5: Hand off: I will deliver the appropriate design files to you so that you can access and apply them as needed on your own going forward. We can also schedule a training if you need support on how to make edits and changes to your new menu, website, Canva or social media account.

Depending on the project, I will send you an estimate for a flat rate, or an hourly rate starting at $75/hr.

Deposit: due with a signed service agreement for me to begin work. Deposit amount TBD on the scope of the project.

Materials fee: If any special materials, software or tools are needed and agreed upon, I will request reimbursement for those.

I request payment on the 1st of every month for any work done the month prior. I will send a Quickbooks invoice with the current balance which you can pay with card , cash or check.
