Window Mural Process & Pricing

  • Process.

Step 1: Contact: Reach out to me and tell me about the project!

Step 2: Free consultation to discuss the details of the project, I’ll ask you questions to get a sense of your visual aesthetic, what your goals are for the artwork and what your likes & dislikes are. I can also give you an estimate at this time.

Step 3: Pricing Agreement: I’ll send you a standard work agreement for the project and you agree to the pricing structure. A 50% deposit is required with signed agreement to book the job.

Step 4: Design Phase (optional): One month prior to install I will begin the design phase. I’ll make a digital illustration of the potential artwork. You give me feedback and I can make changes as needed until you love the design!

Step 5: Install: We will coordinate schedules for an install date. Usually only 1 or 2 days are needed.

Step 6: Removal: window murals are easy to remove and I can give you tips, or you can have me back to remove it myself.

Deposit: 50% is due one month prior to projected project date. After deposit is received, I will begin designing your mural and we’ll schedule a time for install.

    Payment: Balance due upon completion.

A materials & equipment fee is added to the final balance if applicable.

Minimums: Each job has a minimum of $750. Sometimes I will request a higher minimum if the job is far from me, or there are special circumstances involved like a limited timeframe, etc.

Removal: I charge $100 per hour to remove, or I can give you tips to remove it yourself (it’s pretty easy!)

Permanent Murals (for walls or other hard surfaces) are priced on a case by case basis- contact Lauren for an estimate.
